The competition focuses on the contemporary and sensitive legal theme: “Passive Euthanasia is a Right to Die with Dignity and not a threat to the Sanctity of Life.” This event serves as a platform for students to engage in intellectual discourse regarding the intersection of medical ethics, human rights, and constitutional law. The competition will be conducted in a virtual format, allowing for broad participation across institutions. Participants are required to prepare arguments either in English or Hindi, with each team consisting of two members representing both sides of the motion. The event aims to sharpen the advocacy and critical thinking skills of aspiring legal professionals through rigorous judging and structured debate rounds. Eligibility: * Any Under-Graduate or Post-Graduate student from any recognized University or Institute. * Each team must consist of two speakers (one speaking for the motion and one against the motion). * A maximum of two teams are permitted to participate from any single University or Institute.
