Eligibility:
- Graduation in Law with an active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
- Consolidated experience in Social Security Law, specifically with Regime Geral da Previdência Social (RGPS) benefits.
- Experience handling a high volume of active cases (portfolio of approximately 700 active lawsuits).
- Autonomy and discipline for remote work (Home Office).
- Post-graduate specialization in Social Security Law is highly desirable.
- Drafting interlocutory petitions, appeals, and procedural manifestations in social security actions.
- Managing and monitoring procedural deadlines, court updates, and relevant judicial acts.
- Analyzing cases and defining legal strategies in collaboration with firm partners.
- Utilizing electronic judicial systems and legal management software.
