This opportunity is specifically designed for final-year law students and recent graduates looking to build a career in corporate litigation and commercial practice. The internship spans a duration of 4 to 6 months and offers a performance-based stipend of up to Rs. 10,000 per month. Interns will gain significant practical exposure to legal proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, and other judicial forums. The role involves engaging in miscellaneous paralegal work, legal research, and drafting across various practice areas, including Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), SARFAESI, Debt Recovery, Writs, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). As this is an assessment-based program, the firm provides close mentorship to all participants. Exceptional performers who demonstrate high levels of competence and growth during the internship period may be considered for a long-term position as an Associate with the firm. Eligibility: * Students in their 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program. * Students in their 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program. * Recent law graduates. * Candidates must possess strong research and drafting skills. * Demonstrated interest in Corporate and Commercial Laws, with foundational knowledge of the IBC and SARFAESI Act.
