This opportunity is designed for final-year law students and recent graduates seeking hands-on exposure to corporate litigation and commercial practice. The internship spans a duration of four to six months and focuses on core areas such as Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), SARFAESI & Debt Recovery, Commercial Arbitration, and Intellectual Property Rights. Selected interns will gain practical experience by observing and assisting in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, and other judicial forums. The role involves intensive legal research, drafting, and miscellaneous paralegal responsibilities under close mentorship. As this is an assessment internship, the firm intends to evaluate candidates for potential long-term recruitment. Exceptional performers who demonstrate professional growth and technical proficiency may be considered for a permanent position as an Associate with the firm.
