Eligibility: * Juris Doctorate (JD) degree. * 1–3 years of experience as corporate counsel or within a law firm. * Bar Admission and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to balance legal risk mitigation with organizational business objectives. * Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
