- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including power purchase agreements, EPC-related agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and M&A transactions.
- Provide expertise in organizational formation documents and manage related processes.
- Assist in project finance-related transactions (ancillary supporting documents, Know-Your-Customer diligence, etc.).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of contract templates and internal processes.
