Description: Amazon is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel to support its One Medical business under Amazon Health Services. The successful candidate will help shape the future of primary care by drafting and negotiating complex agreements, providing strategic counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, supporting primary care operations, and collaborating with privacy, information security, and compliance teams.
Eligibility:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in at least one state bar (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of legal experience.
- Experience in healthcare regulatory or compliance.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience advising on healthcare matters, healthcare contracting (including payer contracting), healthcare technology, and primary care clinical operations.
Salary/Compensation:
- Arlington, VA / Seattle, WA: $131,500.00 - $178,000.00 annually.
- San Francisco, CA / New York, NY: $144,700.00 - $195,700.00 annually.
- Package includes sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits.
