Description: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support its Infrastructure teams responsible for the design and construction of AWS data centers and related infrastructure across AMER. The role involves drafting and negotiating sophisticated construction and consultant contracts, developing compliance and training programs, resolving vendor management issues, and handling pre-litigation disputes. The attorney will work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Public Policy, Finance, Compliance, and Tax, as well as manage outside counsel.
