The Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership, handling complex cloud technology transactions and developing innovative legal solutions to support a global client base. The role involves primary responsibility for drafting and negotiating high-value, strategic commercial agreements. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation guidance, advise on risks related to new business initiatives, and manage pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in at least one state bar (or equivalent). * Minimum of 2+ years of legal experience. * Preferred: Experience with in-house legal work at a technology or internet company. * Preferred: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies. * Preferred: Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts in a fast-paced environment.
