Description: MKS Inc. is seeking a pragmatic Associate Corporate Counsel to advise on drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors. The role involves serving as a trusted legal advisor to Supply Chain, Information Technology, and other business units to help manage risk while enabling business objectives. This is a remote-friendly role, but the candidate must reside within a 2-hour driving distance of an MKS office (Andover, MA preferred; Rochester, NY; Rock Hill, SC; or Broomfield, CO).
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range of $126,200.00 - $210,350.00 per year, discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, and parental leave.
