Description: Google is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel for the YouTube Global Media Partnerships subteam. In this role, you will negotiate, draft, and analyze content distribution licenses for YouTube and YouTube TV, including linear television distribution, subscription products, and transactional video-on-demand content. You will also advise executive management and business clients on legal risks, agreement structures, and compliance.
Eligibility:

• JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in attorney work in business development, intellectual property matters, and contract law.
• Experience in film and television distribution, intellectual property/contract law, and agreement drafting.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state of the position.

Salary/Compensation: $218,000 - $315,000 base salary + bonus + equity + benefits.
