Description: HF Sinclair is seeking an Associate Counsel to assist the Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel in the Legal Department. The role involves working independently on a high volume of commercial agreements (including supply, services, logistics, procurement, and operational contracts) for Midstream and Downstream teams. The Associate Counsel will draft, negotiate, and interpret contracts, advise management on legal implications, and interface with outside counsel.
