Key tasks include conducting chain of title analysis, preparing legal pleadings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards while managing a high-volume caseload. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution. * Licensed and in good standing with both the Maryland and Virginia State Bars. * Residency in Baltimore, MD or Alexandria, VA. * Strong experience in foreclosure case management, including handling contested matters. * Proven ability to represent clients in telephonic and in-person legal proceedings. * Preferred: 0–3 years of experience in bankruptcy law or high-volume legal operations.
