- Manage and process the Company's Global IP Portfolio (patents and trademarks) in coordination with outside counsel.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including purchasing and sales agreements, leases, non-disclosure agreements, licensing arrangements, and distribution agreements.
- Conduct extensive reviews of customer and vendor contracts.
- Assist in protecting the Company's legal interests and operations within applicable laws and regulations.
