The role involves representing the company in a variety of legal matters, including preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as defending the company in trials and dispositive hearings. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive legal research, preparing legal briefs, and rendering professional opinions on liability and damages as requested by the Claims Department. This is a remote position that requires a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to manage complex litigation workflows independently while maintaining professional communication with clients and co-workers.
