Description: Jobgether is recruiting an Associate Counsel on behalf of a partner company. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. The selected candidate will support strategic growth initiatives, oversee complex deal structures, and provide legal guidance across commercial and corporate matters in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic growth initiatives and oversee complex deal structures.
• Provide legal guidance across commercial and corporate matters.
• Work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and external counsel to facilitate transactions and manage portfolio risk.
• Build scalable frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in a law firm, in-house, or mixed environment.
• Qualification to practice law within an EU member state.
• Familiarity with ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
