Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a State Bar or the District of Columbia Bar. A minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional law is required. Experience in employment law or M&A is preferred.
