Description: GEICO is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its Staff Counsel team in Virginia Beach, VA. The selected candidate will defend lawsuits filed in Virginia courts and handle other first-party insurance defense matters. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing briefs and pleadings, rendering opinions on liability and damages, and handling discovery, depositions, and trials.
