FPC of Savannah is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join their team in the United States. The successful candidate will have a JD and an active U.S. law license, with at least 10 years of legal experience and a background in compliance, investigations, governance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal investigations and manage regulatory matters
• Advise leadership on legal, compliance, and risk issues
• Respond to government inquiries and regulatory actions
• Develop and oversee corporate compliance programs
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess legal risk
• Partner with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives
• Support corporate governance and board activities
• Advise on strategic business and operational decisions
• Manage outside counsel and complex legal matters

Requirements

• JD and active U.S. law license
• 10+ years of legal experience
• Background in compliance, investigations, governance, and regulatory matters
• Experience working with government agencies
• In-house or high-growth company experience preferred
• Strong judgment, communication, and executive advisory skills
• Business-focused, practical approach to solving complex legal issues
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously
