This highly visible role involves leading complex commercial transactions, managing vendor and distribution relationships, and providing legal counsel on supply chain, E-commerce, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives while managing commercial disputes and overseeing outside counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. and an active bar admission in good standing (New York or another U.S. jurisdiction). A minimum of 7 years of legal experience is required, with at least 5 years specifically in commercial contracting, procurement, or supply chain. Experience supporting consumer-facing businesses and proficiency with Office 365 is essential.
