Description:
Curriculum Associates is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a commercially oriented subject matter expert and principal backup to the General Counsel. The role involves advising on customer and vendor contracts, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (including SaaS, DPAs, and BAAs), reviewing real estate leases, and supporting M&A and corporate governance activities. The position also entails managing outside counsel relationships and supervising attorney and non-attorney team members.
