Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. and be currently admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state. A minimum of 8 years (10+ preferred) of relevant experience in life sciences law firm practice, in-house pharmaceutical legal departments, or the FDA is required. Expertise in FDA regulations regarding innovator drug development and clinical trial design is essential.
