This role sits at the intersection of employee benefits and ERISA compliance. The selected candidate will serve as a lead ERISA and employee benefits attorney, advising on ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance, negotiating BAAs, and reviewing benefit plan documents.
