Description: Capital on Tap is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Legal Counsel to join its fast-growing legal team in London. This is a generalist in-house role focusing on contract drafting and negotiation, managing a small claims litigation portfolio, providing product lifecycle support, and building the company's legal foundation in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate vendor agreements and maintain customer-facing T&Cs.
• Manage small claims portfolios and coordinate with external counsel.
• Provide practical legal input throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and assist in creating internal policies.
