Description: Ferrero is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its Food Law & Food Regulatory team. The successful candidate will define the legal risk posture for labeling, claims, and ingredient strategies across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include delivering actionable counsel on food regulations, executing strategy on chemical/additive compliance (including Prop 65 and PFAS), and building scalable governance toolkits for brand portfolios. The role involves high-level collaboration with Innovation, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory and litigation-proof commercialization.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a J.D. with U.S. bar admission and have 5–7 years of CPG food law or regulatory experience (in-house or firm). Experience in other highly regulated environments such as pharma, petcare, or dietary supplements will be considered. Expertise in labeling compliance, advertising substantiation, and modern legal technology is essential.
