- Provide legal advice on land acquisition, development, and disposition.
- Review and revise homebuyer and subcontractor contract documents.
- Advise on RESPA issues, construction, warranty, and safety programs (including OSHA).
- Coordinate with outside counsel as necessary.
- Supervise legal department staff as required.
- Prior experience with corporate or environmental law.
