This full-time, in-person role involves providing legal advice on a broad range of subjects, with a primary concentration on University research-related contracts, grant agreements, research compliance, technology transfer, and intellectual property. The Associate University Counsel will also support commercial transactions, business operations, real estate matters, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and have at least six (6) years of progressively responsible legal experience. Applicants must be members in good standing of the Texas Bar or be eligible to practice law in the State of Texas within one year.
