We Are Legal Revolution is actively seeking multiple Corporate Attorneys to join their fast-growing, fully remote team. The firm offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Big Law matters with maximum flexibility. Key responsibilities include advising sponsors on the formation and structuring of venture capital funds, representing emerging companies and investors on equity financings (seed, Series A–C, and growth-stage), drafting and negotiating fund documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance with securities laws. Key Benefits & Compensation:

• Base salary up to $275,000 + Sign-on Bonus
• Monthly performance-related bonus and End of Year bonus
• 5-10% of all matters worked on
• 401(k) benefits and a fully remote schedule
