We Are Legal Revolution is actively seeking multiple Corporate Attorneys to join their fast-growing, multi-award-winning firm. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex Big Law matters from anywhere in the world, alongside ex-Big Law attorneys and top-tier graduates. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on fund formation and venture capital transactions, representing sponsors and emerging companies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund and investment documents (LPs, subscription agreements, side letters, term sheets, etc.).
• Conduct due diligence and support investment execution.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with applicable securities laws (Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, etc.).

Package & Benefits:

• Up to $275K Base + Sign-on Bonus (Base range listed as $120,000 - $160,000/yr).
• Monthly performance-related bonus + end-of-year bonus.
• 5-10% of all matters worked on.
• 401(k) benefits.
