Description: We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Corporate Associate/Attorney specializing in Debt Finance or Fund Formation for a fully remote, global role. The selected candidate will structure, negotiate, and document complex debt financing transactions, lead fund formation matters, and advise clients on corporate governance. The position offers BigLaw-quality work with complete location independence and zero billable-hour pressure.
Key Benefits & Compensation: Total compensation package up to $500k (Base pay range: $350,000.00 - $500,000.00/yr) with monthly deal bonuses, annual performance bonuses, health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and tech stipends.
