Job Opportunity: Attorney | Corporate | Up to $250k Base (Remote)

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing firm and handle the legal needs of some of America's most interesting and groundbreaking startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt financing, venture capital transactions, and fund-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, vendor contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with corporate documentation matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, transaction structuring, and the negotiation and execution of complex business transactions.
• Support startup and emerging growth companies, advising founders, investors, and management teams on corporate structuring, fundraising strategies, and operational legal matters.
