Description: We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a full-time Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-Side) for a fully remote position (with a 3-day hybrid option in Orangeburg or NYC if preferred). The role involves litigating employment matters from intake through trial, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and whistleblower claims. The position offers a superior work/life balance with no hard billable hour requirements and high earning potential through aggressive commission-based bonuses.
Eligibility:

• JD and active bar admission in NY, NJ, or another key jurisdiction.
• 3–8+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.

Remuneration: Base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, plus aggressive commission-based bonuses (up to 35%+ of attorney fees on settled cases).
