Description: We Are Legal Revolution is hiring a full-time IP Litigation Associate. The role involves managing patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation from discovery through trial. Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and expert reports, conducting depositions, preparing for Markman hearings, participating in mediations/court proceedings, and advising clients on IP strategy in high-tech sectors.
Eligibility: JD and active bar admission (NY preferred). 3–7+ years of IP litigation experience (patent or complex commercial IP strongly preferred). Strong technical aptitude and excellent writing/advocacy skills are required.
Salary/Remuneration: Base pay range of $225,000.00 - $275,000.00/yr (up to $300,000.00 base plus performance bonuses). Benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
