Description: A successful creditors' rights law firm is seeking early-career Attorneys to join their regional legal practice. The position offers a blend of independent case handling and close coordination with colleagues to support efficient legal proceedings and strong client representation. Notably, the position features a 40-hour work week with no billable hours requirements.
Eligibility:

• Licensed attorney in good standing and authorized to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, OR Maine.
• 0-5 years of legal experience, including candidates beginning their legal career.
• Ability to appear in court and present matters clearly and professionally.
• Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and motion practice.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear in court, both in person and virtually, for conferences, motions, and other scheduled proceedings.
• Manage a diverse caseload consisting of litigated and non-litigated matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, including overseeing pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements, and related legal drafting.
• Collaborate directly with senior management, clients, and support staff.

Location: Islandia, NY (Remote; residency in MA, NH, RI, VT, or ME required)
Salary/Remuneration: $80,000 - $120,000 per year + full benefits
