Description: The Chief Minister Fellowship Program offers youth an opportunity to work within the government administration. Selected fellows will be placed at offices of District Collectors, Chief Executive Officers, or other specific authorities to gain hands-on experience in governance. Alongside field work, fellows will complete a special academic course designed by IIT Bombay.Eligibility:

• Age: 21 to 26 years as of May 8, 2026 (born between May 8, 2000, and May 8, 2005).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Language: Ability to read, write, and speak Marathi, with sufficient knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Skills: Knowledge of internet and computer handling.

Duration: 12 MonthsStipend & Benefits:

• Monthly stipend of ₹56,100 plus ₹5,400 for travel and related expenses (Total: ₹61,500/month).
• Equivalent status to a Grade-A officer in government service.
• Accidental insurance cover and 8 days of leave.
• Joint certification from the Government of Maharashtra and IIT Bombay upon successful completion.
