Description: Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking full-time, remote attorneys to focus exclusively on drafting substantive motions and briefs in class actions, collective actions, and PAGA matters. This role features a reduced billable hours requirement with no obligation for business travel or business development, allowing attorneys to focus on briefing strategy, development of cutting-edge arguments, and legal writing.
Eligibility:

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class, collective, and/or representative actions.
• Significant experience in California wage and hour class action and/or PAGA litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in state of residence (California bar license preferred).
• Excellent academic credentials and significant litigation work.

Salary: $150,000 to $220,000 annually (contingent on experience and education; eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits).
