Description: Constructor is seeking a business-minded attorney with deep experience in European data protection law and technology transactions to join its legal team as Commercial and Privacy Counsel. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, support deal structuring, and manage data protection compliance (GDPR, ePrivacy, EU AI Act) for Constructor's growing EMEA customer base.
