Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in good standing. A minimum of 6 years of legal experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have a background in both law firms and in-house environments. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industries is preferred.
