Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors (or equivalent) with 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Experience in the technology, SaaS, or recruitment sectors is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and the ability to interpret risk through both legal and financial lenses.
