Description: TXP is seeking an exceptional Commercial Legal Counsel to report directly to the Group CFO. This critical position will deliver strategic input and legal oversight across a high-growth business spanning technology, digital transformation, and talent resourcing services. The role involves managing complex commercial agreements, supporting M&A initiatives, and safeguarding the company’s legal and regulatory positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements (MSAs, SaaS, customer/vendor contracts, GDPR, etc.).
- Partner with the CFO, commercial, and operational teams to structure risk-mitigated, business-aligned agreements.
- Provide legal due diligence support for acquisitions, investments, and M&A transactions.
- Oversee compliance with data privacy laws (UK GDPR), IP rights, and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage and develop a contract management team of 3.
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and an additional paid day off for your birthday.
