Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Contract Attorney to work on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for a technology platform operating in the gig economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including service agreements, terms of service, and vendor contracts
• Negotiate contract terms with counterparties to balance business objectives and legal protections
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all drafted and executed agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contract execution and performance
• Maintain organized contract records and track key dates, renewal terms, and obligations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in transactional law, preferably in technology or commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of contract law, including formation, interpretation, and enforcement principles
• Experience drafting and negotiating agreements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues to provide practical solutions
