Contract Lawyer

The role primarily focuses on ensuring compliance with REPSE regulations in Mexico while aligning agreements with business objectives and legal requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Operations, to manage complex and non-standard agreements. The position requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor on contract law and risk management. Key responsibilities include drafting contract terms, managing renewals, and acting as an escalation point for high-impact negotiations. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 3 to 6 months. Eligibility: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B., Licenciatura en Derecho, or equivalent). * Active license to practice law in Mexico (Cédula Profesional) or equivalent authorization. * Strong experience in complex contract negotiation and regulatory compliance (REPSE experience is a plus). * Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills. * Fluency in English is required.
