Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a part-time, contract opportunity with a nonprofit organization. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates able to work EST hours (Central time zone also considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and SaaS agreements
- Building and standardizing contract templates
- Supporting internal processes
- Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure contracts are practical and easy to use
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified candidates should have experience drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements. Candidates with experience supporting nonprofit organizations are strongly preferred.
