The organization is seeking a strategically-minded Contracts Manager to oversee the full spectrum of contract negotiations, drafting, and lifecycle management. Reporting to the Head of Contract Management, the successful candidate will lead complex commercial negotiations for high-stakes customer agreements, vendor contracts, and intricate licensing arrangements. The role is central to mitigating legal risks and ensuring that all contractual matters align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Eligibility: * A degree in Law, Business, or a related field (Advanced Law degree strongly preferred). * 7–10 years of relevant experience in a complex corporate legal environment. * Proven track record in negotiating high-value and high-complexity commercial contracts. * Expertise in corporate law, licensing agreements, dispute resolution, data protection, and regulatory compliance. * Mandatory understanding of United States or United Kingdom law. * Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred). * Proficiency in MS Office and experience with contract lifecycle management systems. * Availability to work between 6:00 PM IST and 3:00 AM IST.
