Seatrium is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Singapore, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the Project Management team on Project contract administration needs, objectives, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the project team understands and utilizes the contracts properly.
• Advises the Project Management Team, Procurement Manager, and Subcontracts Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviates from contract requirements.
• Analyses the contract terms and identifies areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
• Provides alternate mitigating contract articles and successfully negotiates with customers with compelling arguments.
