This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex Big Law matters. Key responsibilities include advising on fund formation and venture capital transactions, drafting and negotiating fund and investment documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
Eligibility: 3+ years of Corporate Law experience.
Location: New York, United States (Remote)
Remuneration: Up to $275K Base + Sign-on Bonus, Monthly Performance Related Bonus, End of Year Bonus, and 5-10% of all matters worked on.
