- Provide legal counsel on employment-related matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, accommodations, and investigations.
- Draft, review, and advise on employment policies, HR procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Manage and support the defense of lawsuits, claims, and administrative charges.
- Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise departments on compliance strategies.
