The firm is currently seeking a commercially minded Corporate Immigration Lawyer to join its expanding New Zealand practice. The role involves advising corporate clients on immigration laws, managing end-to-end visa applications—including Accredited Employer Work Visas (AEWV) and residence pathways—and liaising with Immigration New Zealand. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to provide practical, compliant, and timely workforce mobility solutions to a diverse range of businesses. Key responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, assisting clients with employer accreditation, and supporting businesses during regulatory inspections or information requests. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer holding a current New Zealand practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one). * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably with a focus on corporate clients. * Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand work visa frameworks and employer accreditation processes. * Strong communication and client management skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Commercial awareness and a solutions-oriented mindset.
