Description: Hisense USA is seeking an experienced and business-oriented In-House Counsel to lead and manage the company’s compliance function in the United States. The selected candidate will build and maintain a robust corporate risk management and compliance framework, with a strong focus on data privacy, product liability, marketing, and antitrust compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s risk management and compliance program.
• Advise business teams on consumer data privacy and data transfer laws.
• Provide guidance on antitrust issues, pricing strategies, and deliver compliance training.
• Monitor regulatory developments related to consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar license (Georgia preferred or ability to register in-house in Georgia).
• 5–10 years of relevant legal experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm.
• Legal experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or related industries is strongly preferred.
