Job Title: Corporate In-House Lawyer (M&A)
Harvey John is seeking a Corporate In-House Lawyer (M&A) to join a highly ambitious investment business in Brighton. The successful candidate will have 3-6 years' PQE in corporate/M&A law and strong experience in transactional corporate work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and leading on a broad range of transactional and portfolio work
- Drafting and negotiating NDAs, heads of terms, and ancillary deal documents
- Managing targeted legal due diligence focused on key commercial risks
- Providing ongoing legal support to portfolio companies
Requirements:
- 3-6 years' PQE in corporate/M&A law
- Strong UK law qualification
- Solid experience in transactional corporate work
- Confidence handling legal workstreams with increasing autonomy
- Strong drafting skills and proactive, commercially minded approach
